Product Appearance
Digital images of the products displayed on the website may differ slightly in comparison to the appearance of the actual physical product. Please also note that as wood is a natural product an entirely exact colour or shade cannot always be guaranteed.
Whilst endeavouring to ensure that all items shown on this website are held in stock, we are, however, unable to guarantee availability of all the items shown. Please also be aware that this electronic publication in no way constitutes an offer for sale.
Pricing & Tax
The price shown for products displayed on the website excludes VAT. VAT will be added at the checkout stage of the ordering process and you will be able to view the total price including VAT prior to confirming the order and making your payment.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be added and shown at checkout stage.
We always aim to deliver stock within the time-scale of your chosen delivery method but delays do occasionally occur. We can in no way be held responsible for any costs or damages you may incur due to delay in delivery or damage that occurs to stock during the delivery process.
Because of strict insurance liabilities we can only deliver stock to the kerbside at your chosen address and are unable to help with the transferral of stock from the kerbside and into the property or onto site.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
We ask that you check your purchases in a thorough manner immediately upon receipt. Please notify us immediately of any damage or fault by phone (GARY NUMBER) quoting your order number. Where possible, take digital photographs of the damage or fault and email them to us at (EMAIL) quoting your order number.
Where applicable we will replace any damaged or faulty goods. If an exact replacement is unavailable we will aim to provide you with the nearest suitable product. In the event that we are unable to provide you with a suitable replacement we will provide a refund.
Please note that no claims for damage or faults can be made after a product has been installed.
Product Guarantee
Any product guarantee will be void if you fail to:
ñ Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installation or maintenance.
ñ You do not follow the correct installation methods/use the correct equipment.
ñ Fail to use the correct damp-proof membrane or underlay as necessary.
Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Before returning any goods you must first contact us (by phone GARY NUMBER or email) and request a returns number.
You are responsible for the return of goods from a cancelled order, and the goods must return to us in an undamaged state.
Refunds will be made to the card used for payment, within 30 days of cancellation.
Confidentiality & Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information remains secure and confidential. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses incurred (including legal fees), arising in any way out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction
